MEDICAL RECORDS - DATA SHARING

The data held in your medical records is shared with other healthcare professionals for the purpose of your care. It is also shared with other organisations to support health care planning and research. If you do not want your personally identifiable patient data to be shared outside of the practice for purposes except your own care, you can opt out by either clicking on the link below or by picking up a form in reception. Please avoid calling the surgery to discuss this.

Welcome to The Greenwood Practice. We hope you take your time to browse our website where you will find lots of useful information about the surgery and the services we offer.

If you feel you need to be seen today for urgent medical help and advice, please use NHS 111 by dialling 111 or using 111 on line.  Calls for this number are free from most land lines and mobiles.  

CROSS BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ACROSS BOTH SURGERY SITES

We are now offering appointments at either of our surgery sites, Gubbins Lane or Ardleigh Green Road.

If you are registered at one site you will not have to accept an appointment at that site, you will be able to book at the other if the wait is shorter.

WHEN BOOKING, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHICH SITE YOU ARE BEING BOOKED INTO.  IF YOU DO ARRIVE AT THE WRONG SITE YOU MAY MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WILL NOT BE SEEN.

This is new system we are putting in place to try to ease the waiting time for appointments.  Please bear with us as we implement these changes.
